Direct Support Professional

Position Description: Imagine! is currently looking for a Full Time (36hours/week) Direct Support Professional to join our dynamic team. The Direct Support Professional serves person who performs the day to day tasks that support individuals to participate in day program activities. DSPs support individuals by encouraging engagement in activities on site as well as in the community and assist with all activities of daily living (including but not limited to: eating, using the restroom, clothing changes when necessary, and providing transportation). DSPs assist CLS Day Program Instructors to implement lesson plans across a spectrum of skill and ability levels. CLS operates in a fast paced environment. DSPs start their day at 8am by arriving at the facility to pick up a CLS vehicle and provide transportation to individuals we serve. DSPs will assist individuals with their transition into the morning activities and support engagement during the first class time which is 9:30-11:30. DSPs will assist individuals during lunch by providing supervision during lunch and may need to provide direct assistance for clients. The afternoon activity time is 12:30-2:30 where DSPs again provide support to individuals to participate in the day's lesson plans. DSPs will help during afternoon transitions and transportation home before arriving back to the site around 4 to complete their daily documentation. Currently Imagine! Residential Care Professional

Position Description: Imagine! is currently looking for a Full Time (35 hours/week) Residential Care Professional to join our dynamic team. The Residential Care Professional provides residential services to individuals with developmental disabilities as well as supporting individuals in the community and through advocacy. Currently, Imagine! This position will involve direct care (changing, repositioning, showering, etc....) cleaning tasks, and some general house work. BCBA Behavior Analyst

Position Description: Imagine! is currently looking for a Full Time (40 hours/week) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The BCBA, Provides behavior analysis services to consumers in the form of consultation. Addresses both behavior and skill deficits, as well as behaviors that place the person or others at risk. Develops behavior plans and educates care providers on its implementation. Monitors the effects of the plan on consumer behavior and makes modifications as needed. Maintains quality of services and ensures services are provided in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. Conducts functional behavioral assessments as needed in order to develop effective behavior treatment plans. Develops individualized behavior plans. This includes supervising other professionals and care givers in developing effective behavior plans. Provides instruction regarding monitoring behavior plans, data collection and consumer progress. Documents the results of the functional behavioral assessment, response to treatment and changes in behavior plans. Attends clinical meetings, staff meetings, or other meetings as needed to enhance behavioral outcomes. Provides assistance as needed/requested to develop policy and procedures regarding Applied Behavior Analysis. Provides instruction and consultation to professionals, caregivers, guardians, families and others regarding Applied Behavior Analysis. Provides consultation to Human Rights Committee as needed. Maintains Behavioral Contact Notes and other documentation regarding consumer contact as needed. Good standing regarding Board Certification requirements. Remains knowledgeable on all current developments and trends as it relates to Applied Behavior Analysis. Under the direction of the Clinical Team Leader, contributes to the financial viability of the program.
