Systematic Skill Acquisition Process

Imagine!’s Systematic Skill Acquisition Process (SSAP) was designed as a comprehensive knowledge and proficiency baseline data collection and review instrument. This tool will provide Imagine! with comparable customer data sets which will be used to better understand and thus more effectively serve our customers.

SSAP Goals:

  1. To increase our customer’s awareness and participation in determining specific avenues of interest for the benefit of their own personal growth.
  2. Determine appropriate and available technologies and/or processes that will support the specific desired outcomes of our customers.
  3. To organize and better implement instructional methods to increase program benefits and staffing efficiencies.
  4. To expedite the training and support plan process by creating uniform plan templates and a methodology database that will coincide with SSAP determinations.
  5. To create a consistent process for data collection and comparison across our organization.
  6. To better serve our customers by providing a consistent approach to instruction and education.
  7. To create an historical record of an individual’s functional process to provide early indications of potential health concerns.
