What: Have you ever wanted to try skating? Have you ever wanted to play hockey or figure skate? Here is an opportunity to try skating in a supportive environment, with experienced instructors. Coaches and volunteers from the Colorado Ice Wizards/Rocky Mountain Special Hockey will assist skaters as they navigate the ice in a safe and supportive environment.

Who: Anyone with intellectual and developmental disabilities (5 years old – adult)

Please bring a helmet and gloves or mittens – a limited number of helmets will be available for those that need one.

Colorado Ice Wizards/Rocky Mountain Special Hockey is an ice hockey program for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, playing at the YMCA. We play a no-contact game.
