Imagine! is a Provider Agency primarily providing services to individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) in Colorado. Imagine! works with the following waivers: Developmental Disabilities waiver (DD), Supported Living Services waiver (SLS), Children’s Extensive Support waiver (CES), Children’s Habilitation Residential Program waiver (CHRP), or those interested in a Private Pay Contract.

Directions to Imagine!'s Main Office
From I-287, turn off onto S. Boulder Rd and continue east until you reach Dixon Ave., with a sign that says Lafayette Tech Center. Turn onto that road and follow it a bit past the auto repair shop, with the Imagine! Main Office building being on the second left.
From Baseline Rd, turn left onto S. Public Road and head south. Turn right onto S. Boulder Rd, then at the light passed the Natural Grocers, take a left to enter the Lafayette Tech Center. The Imagine! Main Office building is the second left after the auto repair shop.
