On February 1, 2025, 371 attendees filled the Omni Interlocken Hotel to celebrate our neighbors and friends with disabilities during the 24th Annual Imagine! Celebration. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we raised over half a million dollars — our most successful event to date! The night was filled with so much incredible energy and excitement as we came together to celebrate, support, and empower people with disabilities.
A Poem to the Community
Following Jeff and Jordy’s heartwarming and impactful story, which showcased the importance of independence and building confidence, Jeff took the stage to share a one-of-a-kind poem that he wrote specially for the attendees of the Imagine! Celebration. This newly crafted poem highlighted the impact of community and donor support on him and his friends. His words resonated deeply with everyone in the room, reminding us why we come together year after year—to uplift and empower those we serve.
Center Stage Success: A Year Fully Funded
A highlight of the evening was the overwhelming support for the Imagine! Center Stage programs, which provide life-enriching creative arts experiences for both adults and school age participants. Thanks to your generosity, these programs are now overfunded for a full year, as 27 people donated $1,000 each to ensuring continued opportunities for self-expression, skill-building, and joy through theatrical performances.
Art with Heart
Another unforgettable moment of the evening was the auction of Kenny’s incredible painting, which was auctioned for over $2,000! He demonstrated his artistic talent at the beginning of the event and the finished piece was auctioned off during the Live Auction. Kenny’s artistic talent, combined with the generosity of the attendees, turned his work into a powerful contribution to Imagine!’s mission.
