What We Offer

Interactive and Engaging Classes

Our virtual classes are conducted by a dedicated and experienced instructor who bring a wealth of knowledge and creativity to each session. We offer 11 diverse classes per week, running Monday through Wednesday. Each class lasts one hour and is designed to be interactive, fun, and educational.

Personalized Goals

We help you meet your personal goals through a variety of classes which focus on enhancing social interaction skills, increasing independence in technology use, improving communication skills, building confidence and self-esteem, and enhancing problem-solving skills.

Technology Integration

We use a range of technologies to create a dynamic learning environment. From YouTube videos and iPad applications to virtual reality experiences using a Quest Pro headset, we ensure our classes are engaging and accessible. Our instructor provides guidance on using these resources, making it easy for participants to join and interact.

No matter where you are located, you can join our virtual classes and become part of our community. Our services are designed to be accessible to participants worldwide, ensuring that distance is never a barrier to learning and connection.

Enhance Social Interaction Skills

Goal: Improve the ability to engage in social interactions during virtual classes by participating in group discussions and activities at least twice per session.

Increase Independence in Technology Use

Goal: Develop independence in joining, participating, and managing basic functions in Zoom classes, such as muting and unmuting, and turning the video on and off, with reduced assistance over 6 months.

Expand Knowledge on Specific Topics

Goal: Actively learn and discuss at least one new topic per month related to personal interests or life skills, demonstrating understanding through verbal or written summaries.

Improve Communication Skills

Goal: Enhance verbal and non-verbal communication skills by contributing ideas, asking questions, and expressing needs during class activities.

Build Confidence and Self-Esteem

Goal: Participate in at least one class presentation or lead a discussion by the end of the session, aiming to boost confidence and self-esteem through positive reinforcement and peer support.

Enhance Problem-Solving Skills

Goal: Engage in problem-solving activities during classes, aiming to independently identify issues and propose solutions by participating in guided exercises and discussions.

Reading Adventures

Embark on a journey through stories in our Reading Adventures class! Each participant takes turns reading aloud, with the instructor ready to assist and bring the story to life using a virtual whiteboard. Illustrations and graphics enhance the narrative, making it a visually stimulating and engaging experience for everyone.

American Sign Language

Experience the dynamic world of American Sign Language in ASL in Action! Each week, we focus on a different theme using engaging online videos and a Duolingo-style iPad app. Learn ASL in a fun, interactive way that’s designed to keep you motivated and excited about expanding your communication skills.

Look What I Found!

This class is all about sharing something special. Each week participants take turns showing an item they enjoy and talking about why it matters to them. It could be a favorite book, a photo, a hobby item, or anything else they want to share. The class encourages speaking skills, active listening, and confidence in self-expression. It also helps participants learn more about one another in a supportive, welcoming space.

Tasty Travels of the World

Let’s take our taste buds on a trip! Each week we’ll explore foods from different countries, from sweet treats to spicy dishes. Learn about the traditions behind each meal, and vote on your favorites for our special monthly cooking demo! No passport needed, just curiosity and an appetite for learning.

TRINGO (Trivia + Bingo)

Get ready for a mix of fun in Tringo! This class alternates each week between Bingo and Trivia, with special themed weeks thrown in to keep things exciting. It’s a great way to challenge your brain one week and test your luck the next—plus, who doesn’t love a little healthy competition and fun surprises?

The Time Travelers Club

Travel back in time with The Time Travelers Club, where each week we explore a different historical era through the lens of its people, culture, food, and traditions. From ancient civilizations to recent decades, participants dive into hands-on activities, engaging stories, and immersive discussions that bring the past to life in fun and meaningful ways.

The Social Circle

Connect, share, and be heard in The Social Circle, a welcoming class where the spotlight rotates weekly based on a participant-chosen theme. From favorite memories to big questions, each session offers space for thoughtful conversation, creative expression, and a chance to build deeper connections with one another in a supportive group setting.

Music Mania & Movement

Step into the rhythm with Music Mania & Movement, a class where you can sing your heart out, dance like no one’s watching, or simply soak in the sounds. Each session celebrates different genres, artists, and cultures through music, offering a lively and inclusive space where self-expression is always encouraged—no experience needed, just a love for music!

Journey Around the World

Pack your imagination as we travel to destinations across the globe by plane, train, automobile, and a few unusual forms of transportation. Each week explores a new place through its food, culture, landmarks, and traditions. Participants learn fun facts, discover global customs, and practice communication skills through guided discussion. This class builds curiosity, geographical knowledge, and social engagement.

Online Ensemble Acting

Step into the spotlight with “Online Ensemble”! This exciting class is all about making, creating, and performing visual skits. From developing unique characters to acting out engaging stories, you’ll explore every aspect of performance. Whether you’re a budding actor or just love to express yourself, this class offers a fun and supportive environment to hone your skills. Join us and let your creativity shine as we bring stories to life on stage!

The Drawing Den

**Basic drawing supplies are required**

Unleash your inner artist in the Drawing Den! Follow step-by-step instructions to create fun and exciting new drawings each week in a relaxed, supportive environment. You will have plenty of time to complete your artwork, add color and personal details, and share your finished pieces with the group. This class encourages creativity, self-expression, and confidence while celebrating every unique artistic style.

Animal Planet Under the Sea

Dive beneath the waves to explore amazing sea creatures from oceans around the world. Each week highlights a different animal, its habitat, and the adaptations that help it survive underwater. Participants enjoy visuals, videos, and simple science explanations designed to spark curiosity. The class supports learning about nature, asking questions, and building knowledge of marine life.

Once Upon a Disney

Step into the world of Disney with a class designed for adults who love fun, history, and creativity. Each week explores Disney stories, behind-the-scenes facts, classic characters, and themed activities. Participants take part in discussions, games, and interactive moments that bring Disney magic to life. The class encourages communication, memory skills, and imaginative thinking.

Mindful Coloring Club

**Access to a home printer preferred (alternative arrangements available upon request)**

This calming class blends creativity with emotional wellness. Each week begins with a short discussion on an art-therapy theme such as relaxation, coping skills, or self-expression. Participants then spend time coloring a themed page in a peaceful group setting. A home printer is recommended, and assistance is available if printing is not possible. This class promotes focus, stress reduction, and a sense of community.

Game Show Galaxy

Enter a rotating universe of games where each week brings a new challenge. From trivia and puzzles to fast-paced guessing games, participants stay engaged with activities that are fun, social, and easy to join. The variety keeps things fresh while supporting problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. No experience needed, just a love of friendly competition.

Poetry & Writing

Participants explore creativity through simple writing activities and guided poetry prompts. Each session offers opportunities to create short pieces, share ideas, and learn new ways to express thoughts through words. The class is supportive and beginner-friendly, focusing on building confidence, communication skills, and imagination. All writing levels are welcome.
