Family Care Giver Program
Imagine!’s Family Caregiver program supports individuals who chose to receive care and support from a family member. Individuals often chose this program as a natural extension of the care they have always received and relied on from their family. The program provides resources that include nursing services, training to assist with medical and behavioral challenges, and a residential coordinator. We understand that financial resources can help offset the burden of caregiving so Imagine! pays competitive rates, which may include reimbursement for transportation.
