Companion Home Program
In a Companion Home, an individual elects to live in their own or an Imagine! owned home. Imagine! works with the individual to find a qualified provider to share their home and provide services and supports. In practice, these services look very similar to those received in a host home but with some key differences. Imagine! owned Companion Homes are modified to with accessibility features that support the independence of individuals who use wheelchairs or mobility devices. Imagine! owned homes are maintained by our facilities staff and can be easily modified to include individual-specific modifications like adaptive technology or sensory spaces.

Imagine!’s Companion Homes serve Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Jefferson, Larimer, and Weld counties.
Financial Assistance
Imagine! supports financial independence, ensuring that the resident has access to personal spending money and that bills are paid on time. Additionally, Imagine!can provide Representative Payee services.
Homes Matched to You
We make sure to match you to a home that is aligned with your needs and personality. Individuals can choose a home based on accessibility features, proximity to public transportation, distance to community resources, and more. We want to make sure you find a place you can be yourself and feel comfortable and supported.
Learn New Skills
Individuals are supported in learning new skills, and all staff are trained on how to best support them.
