We work with you to find you an option that supports your goals, whether it be to find friends or build your independence. And if your needs ever change, we can work together to help you find a place to live that suits you best. We offer several home models to choose from, ranging from a companion home to the independent living program, so there is something for everyone in Imagine!’s Residential Services.
In addition to the homes, we include several supports to help you feel supported in the home. Our nurses, representative payee staff, and assistive technology assistants have the experience and dedication to make sure that you are comfortable and cared for in your home. We are dedicated to making sure you feel comfortable and cared for at every stage of your life.

Choose a Home That Best Suits You
Host Home
We work with over 50 Host Home providers who live in a variety of homes, locations, and living styles. The host home caregiver assists with daily activities, personal needs, and promotes community involvement, helping the individual live more independently.
Companion Home
Imagine! owns and operates 12 Companion Homes, where you will live with a caregiver in a shared, supportive environment. The caregiver provides day-to-day assistance and fosters independence in a family-like setting.
Family Caregiver
If you have a family member who already cares for you, we can train and pay them as they take on the role of family caregiver. You and your family member will also have access to our nursing services so that you can get what you need where you feel the most at home.
Independent Living Program
If you are ready to live on your own but want access to supports to help you along your journey, then the Independent Living Program can help! Have access to a team who can help you throughout your journey to independence while you live in your own apartment.
Next Step Living Residential Model
Living in a the Imagine! Next Step Living Residential Model provides an opportunity to learn new skills with the support of 24/7 staffing and may serve as a launchpad for individuals who want to transition into independent living.
