Our Mental Health Clinicians specialize in helping people like you who need care for both mental health and developmental disabilities. We know that diagnosing and treating mental health conditions in individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can be complex, but our experienced team is dedicated to finding the best path forward for you.
We work closely with you to understand your unique needs and collaborate with our partners, including the Colorado Community Health Alliance and Mental Health Partners of Boulder, to offer tailored psychiatric, therapeutic, and behavioral health services. If you’re a Medicaid recipient in Colorado and qualify for developmental disability supports, we’re here to ensure you receive coordinated and compassionate care from a team that truly listens.

We also work with your other care providers to make sure that you are being supported in all areas of your life. Who is Eligible?
- 18 and older
- Reside in Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Gilpin or Teller counties
- Medicaid State Plan is your primary insurer
- Eligible for I/DD Services
- Diagnosed with a mental illness or experiencing symptoms of a mental illness
If you are eligible, talk to your Case Manager to get started. If you don’t have one, you can find Case Management services through one of Colorado’s Case Management Agencies.
