Imagine! works with many different businesses in Boulder and Broomfield counties to help you find job opportunities. We do our best to match you with a job that’s a great fit! Build Vocational Skills
Since 1984, Imagine! has been helping people with developmental disabilities find meaningful jobs in Boulder and Broomfield counties. We start by providing job coaching and teaching important skills to help you find and keep a great job. Our goal is to support you every step of the way!
Find Meaningful Employment
Imagine! aims to help you find Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE), which means a job where you can:
- Earn at least minimum wage, just like other employees doing similar work with similar skills and experience.
- Receive the same benefits as other employees without disabilities in the same role.
- Work in a place where you interact with people without disabilities.
- Have chances to move up in the job, just like other employees without disabilities.

Job Training Re-Imagined
We’re proud of our new training courses using Virtual Reality! The Imagine! Employment and Assistive Technology teams work together to create fun and helpful virtual environments where you can practice job skills and tasks for the job you want, without having to be at the actual work site.
