Imagine! Services

Please Note: As of July 1st, 2024, Imagine! is a Provider Agency offering services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) around Boulder and Broomfield Counties of Colorado. Prior to July 1st, 2024, Imagine! also provided Case Management Services in this area. Due to a statewide mandate referred to as Case Management Redesign, only one service (case management or direct services) can be provided by a single organization.
