How to Pay for Services
As a provider agency, Imagine! supports individuals with IDD on several of Colorado’s Home and Community-Based Services Waivers. Case Management Agencies help individuals understand what waiver may best fit their needs, the qualifications to apply, and support individuals and families through the process. If you are looking for funding or have questions regarding Colorado’s waivers, please contact your county’s Case Management Agency. A&I Avenues is Case Management Agency for Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin Counties.
Imagine! provides services to those with a waiver already in place or in some cases through Private Pay Contracts. The waivers and funding sources we currently work with are:
Developmental Disabilities Waiver (DD)
For Ages 18 and Older
Children’s Extensive Support Waiver (CES)
For Younger than 18 Years Old
Supported Living Services Waiver (SLS)
For Ages 18 and Older
Private Pay Contracts
Private pay contracts can support billing through additional funding streams such as:
Family Support Services Program (FSSP) Grants
A&I Avenues Autism Spectrum Disorder Program
Ask your Case Manager about other grants that may be available to your family.
Individuals and their family may also elect to pay privately for services.
