“When I decided to go into Early Intervention (EI), I had the opportunity to earn more money as a contractor, but very consciously chose to be an employee of an organization that I believed in, as well as being part of an exceptional team of experts, by joining Imagine!’s Dayspring team. 

 

Working with colleagues from other disciplines has strengthened and deepened my ability to serve families using the primary service provider model.  When Dayspring started accepting Medicaid and became the first in line for referrals it allowed us to serve an even wider range of families. Using Spanish, sign language and meeting families from different cultures is one of the things that I love most about my job. 

 

Being a part of Imagine! has allowed me to provide for my family because of benefits, job security, and a reasonable retirement plan. Having faced a family emergency last year I was beyond grateful to be able to access FMLA and have exceptional healthcare through Kaiser.  My family relies on the relationships with their doctors at Kaiser and we all rely on my benefits. There are so many people that work hard in the background at Imagine!, such as HR, IT, and the executive team, that it would be impossible to list all the support I have been given over the years.   

 

I am very appreciative of the work/life balance that Imagine! promotes, and having access to wellness days, sick, and vacation as well as professional development funds are true benefits that impact the quality of both my life and my work.  I am grateful that my health, mental and physical, and my education are valued at Imagine!.”
