Imagine! Early Intervention Update

Like many departments, Early Intervention has experienced turnover in the last few months. Through it all, we have gained three amazing, talented, and resilient new Service Coordinators, and one motivated new supervisor to our department. With most of our work still being delivered remotely, they’ve all been trained remotely, held meetings via Zoom, and have had little face to face interaction with the department, making it that much harder as a new employee. Yet, they’ve endured it all and came out on top. Take a moment to read a little more about our new additions.
Audrey Wilson:
- Fun/quirky fact about me: I worked on the set of “Ford v Ferrari” when I lived in Georgia for a year after college. Movie sets are not as glamorous as you would think!
- Child trait/characteristic I see in myself: Recently I had an interaction with an old high school teacher where we discussed things that we remembered about each other – he said that I “always had a big heart”. Happy to be putting that to good use here in EI!
- My favorite way to spend a day off: A fun day off for me involves trying a new bakery, spending some time in nature, and digging into a good book!
Adam Brinckerhoff:
- Fun/quirky fact about me: I fell out of a tree in a folding chair (I scooted too far back in a tree house), and sprained my ankle. I clearly did not learn anything from this experience, because later in life I fell out of a different tree that my mom specifically told me not to climb…and broke my arm…and had to learn cursive with my left hand.
- Child trait/characteristic I see in myself: Mischievous
- My favorite way to spend a day off: Alone in my house to do whatever I want in the glorious peace and quiet.
Jennifer Hadley:
- Fun/quirky fact about me: I secretly love cafeteria food. Hospitals, schools, etc lol.
- Child trait/characteristic I see in myself: I still enjoy surprises/surprising other people.
- My favorite way to spend a day off: Spending time with my children going on the many adventures I spur on them at the last minute.
