As we close out 2024 and look forward to 2025, I am filled with optimism for the path ahead. At Imagine!, our mission to create a world of opportunities for all abilities remains the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to continuing this vital work with passion and purpose.

In the year ahead, we have identified several strategic priorities to guide our journey, and I’m excited to share these goals with our team, partners, and supporters. These priorities—excellence, identity, relationships, and culture—will drive the next chapter in Imagine!’s growth and impact.

Excellence is a key focus. We will strive to provide exceptional client and employee experiences by meeting the evolving needs of the individuals we support and expanding our services. Our objectives will include gathering valuable client feedback to continuously improve and investing in professional development to ensure our team remains at the forefront of care and support. We will also increase our commitment to our Board of Directors’ excellence by updating our recruitment and governance processes. We aim to cultivate a diverse and inclusive board with members who have lived experiences and varied perspectives, strengthening leadership and organizational excellence.

Identity will be another cornerstone of our work. In 2025, we will re-establish Imagine!’s identity within the IDD community and reaffirm our reputation across local, state, and national networks. We are determined to become the provider of choice in our field, refining our core services to ensure we deliver on our promise of excellence.

Building Relationships is essential to our success. We will work diligently to strengthen partnerships with organizational collaborators, community leaders, and funders. By sharing knowledge and resources, we will position Imagine! as a trusted subject matter expert, increasing confidence in our organization and the impact we make.

Finally, we will focus on Culture to ensure that our internal environment mirrors the positive, supportive community we foster for those we serve. Culture is foundational to the success of Imagine! and to creating a supportive, thriving environment for both our clients and our dedicated staff. In 2025, we will intentionally invest in building and strengthening the elements of our organizational culture, ensuring it reflects the values that make Imagine! such a special place to work.

The work ahead is exciting, and I’m deeply grateful for the dedication and commitment of our entire team.
