2025 in Review
In the past year, Imagine!:

Supported more than 600 individuals and families across our continuum of services, representing 899 program enrollments in employment, residential, therapeutic, and community-based supports.

Partnered with nearly 300 dedicated staff members whose skill, heart, and commitment bring our mission to life every day.

Expanded and strengthened cross-sector partnerships advancing housing stability, skill-building, inclusion, and meaningful community connection.

Advocated locally and statewide to protect access, quality, and long-term sustainability of services for people with disabilities and their families.

Invested in innovative, community-centered solutions, including inclusive employment pathways and spaces that foster dignity and belonging.

Supported families through growing system complexity with clearer information, stronger navigation, and trusted guidance.

Deepened Imagine!’s role as a collaborative community partner, bringing together providers, advocates, and local leaders to strengthen shared systems of care.
