Grant Acknowledgements
Our team at Imagine! is dedicated to providing you with a world opportunities that help support your personal growth and goals. In order to do that, we often apply for grants that help expand our services and add more options for you to choose from. Below are a list of recent grants that we have received and we could not be more grateful to our community for the support of our mission.
If you have any questions about any of the grants below, please reach out to our grant writer, Jennifer Meredith.
From the City of Lafayette
Imagine! is extremely grateful for the generous funding provided by the City of Lafayette for our Emergency Housing and Mental Health programs. These services were funded by the City of Lafayette through the Mental Health and Human Services Grant Program.
We received $5,000 to support emergency housing needs and $2,635 to support our Mental Health program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
From the J.M. McDonald Foundation
We are so grateful to the McDonald Foundation for their grant of $5,000 which allows us to add more accessibility to the McIntosh house. We will be leveling out the driveway for safer access to the garage, creating an accessible pathway to the backyard (gardening anyone!) and improving access to the garage side door.
From the Grace Commons Foundation
Thank you to the Grace Commons Foundation for their generous funding of $1,690 to Imagine!’s Residential Program for the purchase a mobile lift to allow individuals to be efficiently and safely transferred in their residence or when they are out in the community being active!
From the Sally Brown & John McInnes Charitable Trust via Wells Fargo
Thank you to the the Sally Brown & John McInnes Charitable Trust via Wells Fargo for $28,600 to purchase technology and adaptive equipment (like Augmentative and Alternative Communication software for our clients who use different ways to community) and cover some other unfunded costs (like activity planning done by our Certified Recreation Therapists) in the Imagine! School Age Services program.
From the ARPA HCBS Training Grant
We are so thankful for the ARPA HCBS Training Grant of $20,595 for our Employment Services team to receive one-one mentorship training in Job Coaching techniques from the Colorado Office of Employment First. This will help make Imagine! best in class in competitive integrated employment services!
