Family Support Services Program (FSSP)


Imagine!'s Family Support Services Program is here to assist families who provide at-home care to family members with intellectual and developmental delays or disabilities. Our services are designed to ease the financial and emotional strain of having a family member with a disability in the home. Additionally, we provide grants to eligible families who need extra funds to help pay for items and services for their family member in need.

Children's Extensive Support Waiver (CES)


The Children's Extensive Support Waiver (CES) is for Children who live in their family home and have high medical and/or behavioral needs. Children on CES need almost constant line of sight supervision both day and night to stay safe.

Children's Habilitation Residential Program Waiver (CHRP)


The Children's Habilitation Residential Program Waiver (CHRP) waiver is for children whose intensive behavioral or medical needs put them at risk or in need of out-of-home placement. CHRP helps children up to age 20 stay in the community and access support to prevent crisis or institutionalization.

Children's Home and Community-Based Services Waiver (C-HCBS)


The Children's Home and Community-Based Services Waiver (C-HCBS) waiver is for children with significant medical needs who wish to stay in the community instead of an acute hospital or skilled nursing facility.

Early Intervention


Since 1964, Colorado has been helping families and their children with developmental delays and disabilities. The overall system of early intervention is known as Early Intervention Colorado. Colorado’s early intervention system guides families along the way, in order to support infants and toddlers who need extra help developing and learning to reach their fullest potential.
