Imagine! Crisis Management Helps a Family Beat the Summer Heat

This week we are joined by Emma Perlmutter as she shares a story about how the Imagine! Crisis Management team helped a family get the support they needed.
Emergency Funding was utilized this past month to purchase two portable AC units. These were needed to assist with an individual’s respiratory and mental health needs. The cooler temperatures were recommended by a doctor to assist with breathing difficulties as well as storage for the oxygen tanks. This also helped the individual maintain safe behaviors because he was no longer agitated by the extreme heat in the home.
