Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award - Whitney Harris

Today we’d like to congratulate Whitney Harris, who was recently selected for an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award. Here’s what Whitney’s nomination said about why she was so deserving:

“Whitney has been an amazing addition to the Services Business Systems Team. She tackles every problem efficiently and with consideration of each party’s needs and practices. She remains upbeat and positive in every situation and is always willing to help on a project, while still getting her own work accomplished. She has an infectious personality and can-do attitude that makes everyone around her feel as if a project can be accomplished. Recently, Whitney needed to accomplish three major projects that unfortunately all had conflicting deadlines. The projects required serious attention to details, extensive coordination between external and internal stakeholders, and meeting firm deadlines. When checking in with Whitney, not only had she already accomplished one of the projects completely, she had detailed projections built out to ensure the remaining two projects were completed ahead of time. On top of the completion of the three projects, she also helped train on a new task and offered to help with a research project that interested her. She is truly a master of time management and it makes everything we do so much easier. I appreciate how she communicates with people and she has a way of making people feel valued and understood, while still getting what she needs to accomplish a task at hand. She is very focused on why she accomplishes each task and what benefit it has to the individuals that we serve. Overall, Whitney is a true asset to Imagine! and I am truly grateful that she found her way to employment with us.”

A fun note on the picture below. Whitney told us: I’m not a fan of having my picture taken, so I enlisted my co-worker Val Boggs to be in it with me. Val and I have a Zoom meeting tradition where we take a screenshot & then “improve” it in Paint to make the other smile – it’s a great way to close a meeting.
