Congratulations are in order for Vanessa Romero, recently selected for an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award.
One of our participants' mothers is primarily Spanish-speaking, and Vanessa jumped in, with a smile on her face, to help translate for both of us when the mother was confused and upset about a miscommunication with her son's schedule. Vanessa went above and beyond and even offered to assist with next quarter's registration to ensure that further confusion wouldn't happen. As the day porter, it is not expected of her to take on this sort of task, but she jumped in and helped us tremendously.
