Congratulations are in order for Valerie Cordova, who was recently awarded with the Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award.

Valerie was given this honor in part because of a letter we received, stating: "To whom it may concern: I just want to take this opportunity to provide feedback regarding Valerie Cordova. As a representative to two individuals with autism, it has often been difficult for me to work with various agencies in an effort to obtain support; however, I found Ms. Cordova to present a level of professionalism that is refreshing. She has made a concerted effort to relay information on a timely basis and give feedback to keep me informed-almost immediately.
