Events

There are several events taking place soon that offer the chance for you to experience Imagine!’s mission first hand and/or support that mission through fun and unique events. June is absolutely bursting with these opportunities, so please considering joining us at one or more of these events. There’s a little something for everyone!

On Thursday, June 8^th, Imagine! is hosting a Pop Up “Paint and Sip” event at Crystal Springs Brewing Company in Louisville. Enjoy some drinks and create some art alongside your fellow citizens with IDD. Price is $20, register here.

Keeping with the art theme, on Friday, June 9^th Imagine! will once again have a booth at Art Night Out in Lafayette, selling art created by Imagine! clients. Proceeds from sales of the art go directly to the clients. There’s plenty more to do and enjoy at Art Night Out, so consider making an evening of it!

Then, thanks to our friends at Panel Masters, a Cornhole Tournament to benefit Imagine! will be taking place at Acreage Restaurant. Panel Masters is owned by the Grosshans family, who also happen to be parents of Imagine!’s own Maddie Grosshans, who works for our Adult Community Department. Maddie’s passion for her work and those we serve is so evident, and her parents have embraced that enthusiasm and made it their own by creating this fundraiser. We are so appreciative. Cornhole a little too tame for your tastes? Then sign up for a special Imagine! fundraiser boxing class at Rumble Boxing, also scheduled for June 10^th. Proceeds will support Imagine!’s mission. Special thanks to Imagine! Foundation Board of Directors member Liz Griffin for helping to make this happen.

Finally, our good friends and great supporters from the Boulder institution The Sink have produced a film in honor of their 100th Anniversary! They have proudly worked with Pixel Mill Studios and Savor Productions to share The Sink's 100 years of stories through a 30-minute documentary. You can watch the documentary and experience the captivating stories etched into The Sink's walls at the Boulder Theater on June 14^th! The night will be filled with throwback fun, exclusive insights, and never-before-heard stories from The Sink's rich history. Enjoy a cold beer, chat with owners past and present, and immerse yourself in the legacy of one of Boulder's most beloved landmarks. To make the night even better, a percentage of all ticket sales will go to support Imagine!’s mission! Tickets are $15 and on sale now.
