Congratulations are in order for Tiffany Montanez, who was recently honored with an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award.
Tiffany exemplifies all of Imagine!'s values! She is an amazing employee, and we are lucky to have her on Imagine!’s behavior team! She has worked hard as a behavioral line staff to ensure she is taking accurate data during sessions with clients. Tiffany communicates well with the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Therapists to ensure she is providing the best services possible, and to help us make changes to programs as needed. She has built incredible rapport with the individuals we serve, and they are always super excited to see her! She shows respect to and promotes the dignity of our clients by helping to advocate for them and by treating them as individuals with autonomy. She is very flexible, providing support where it is needed. She is always willing to jump in to support with the higher behavior needs, as well. Tiffany actively encourages the individuals we serve to engage with community members when providing services in community locations. Tiffany truly understands Imagine!'s mission and is dedicated to the work we do (and her dogs)!
