Today we’d like to offer a very heartfelt “thank you” to members of the Colorado State Joint Budget Committee (JBC). While this year’s budget process is undeniably difficult and painful decisions are needed to be made, it is clear that they are doing everything they can to protect services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
