What Are Virtual Services?
Experience fun and engaging Day Program activities from the comfort of your own home. Designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, all classes are taught remotely using the video conferencing platform Zoom. Teachers will email you a link to each class, simply click on the link and you are magically transported to your virtual classroom! We offer more than 50 classes, including games, exercise, cooking, healthy living, social hour, reading/writing, life skills, music, and much more! Each of these classes includes passionate and engaging instructors with knowledge/talents from different areas as well as tech support that are on call to make sure you get what you need to login to class.
Focusing On Growth
We understand that these are difficult times and we want to make sure that each individual is provided with an enriching learning opportunity. We strive to ensure that everyone’s participation serves a purpose of growth. We focus on:
- Communications skills
- Social skills
- Motor skills
- Independent living skills
- Following instructions
