Steph Kenealy - Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner



Congratulations are in order for Steph Kenealy , recently selected as an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner.

Here’s what Steph’s nomination said about her: "Steph has been an invaluable part of our team since she joined us as a line staff. Specifically at Longmont Charles she has gone above and beyond in every aspect. I am the BCBA for 3 of the clients at the Longmont Smarthome and I don't think i can take credit for any of the progress that has been made. Steph has built enough rapport with the house where everyone seems on board with behavior plans. I see staff celebrating all the small successes towards these goals (a client saying full sentences, or tantrums being reduced by 5 minutes). Again, these successes and celebrations are Stephs doing, not mine. At least 3 house staff have approached me to praise Steph and her work with everyone. She is so professional, respectful, and again the residents she works with wouldn't have made near as much progress without her support, guidance, and training. And I haven't even mentioned her picking up extra shifts, leaving the behavior team to support the house full time during their covid outbreak, and materials she has created to support the house and staff outside of her 1-1 time with them."
