Congratulations are in order for Prashaanthi “Shanti” Devasagayam, recently honored with an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award.

Shanti has been an amazing part of our team and is always so willing to help out no matter what the task is. She understands that our individuals are the most important and she strives to do what she can to make things work. She started her position with us the week COVID started and learned her entire job working from home. She has continued to battle Medicaid and annual redetermination's and has not skipped a beat. With all of the struggles she has been so positive, has accepted anything that has been thrown her way with a smile/laugh and she doesn't hesitate when there is a hard problem. She is truly amazing to work with and we are happy she is on our team.
