Imagine! Employment Services Client Highlight

At Imagine!, we believe everyone can fulfill their dreams and be a part of the community in the way that makes them happy. One way that we help people with disabilities achieve their goals is through independent employment. Imagine!’s Employment Services works with businesses across Boulder and Broomfield counties to place folks with disabilities in jobs that they can learn and grow from. There are countless stories about folks thriving in their jobs but today we want to give special attention to Sarah.
Through Imagine!’s Employment Services, Sarah has worked with InClover to package supplements for pets. In a short time, she has gained a newfound confidence in her work and has been more than proud to show off her finished packaged products. Not only has she been able to produce higher quality packages, but she has been able to pack more boxes than before. On July 21st, she was excited to show off her completed 51 boxes!
Her guardian, Jane, even remarked that Sarah is so happy to come into work and often asks if “today is an InClover day?” Jane went further to say that Sarah has been with Imagine! since she was in early childhood services and “has been shaped by her time there.”
Sarah’s sense of humor and general bright attitude is famous at Imagine!, and Jane said, “If her sense of humor gives anyone a chuckle, Imagine! is the culprit.” Sarah has been a delight as a part of InClover’s group employment and whenever she is finished putting together her boxes, she makes sure to let everyone know how proud she is of her work.
With the recent shift from group to individual employment, Sarah has started working with Imagine! Job Coaches to work on her resume and interview skills in order to find her a job that she loves. Sarah has even directed her interest in applying to InClover for a chance at being permanently hired there.
