Sandra Parra - Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner

Congratulations are in order for Sandra Parra, recently selected as an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner.

Here’s what Sandra’s nomination said about her: "Sandra has been exceptionally helpful in assisting with Spanish translation for Imagine!. All year she has translated our quarterly reporting to Boulder County on our Mill Levy. This month, she also translated our Imagine! Planning Survey for our Spanish-speaking clients, which is a critical part of Imagine!’s Strategic Plan. She has responded graciously to every request, including multiple follow-ups, and has completed it faster than anyone could have hoped! All of this work is outside of her typical job duties, which makes it all the more impressive! Sandra has helped keep our Spanish-speaking clients in the loop on what we do, and that has provided a tremendous support to our community!"
