Dear Friend of Imagine! –Staff and clients go on socially distant hike.

This year has been a year like other, with all of us facing challenges as we try to navigate the new realities the pandemic have brought about. On the plus side, in so many cases these challenges have brought out the absolute best in our neighbors and friends.

In that spirit, I am writing to ask if you can help Imagine! out as we are facing a new challenge. As you probably know, many of Imagine!’s services involve assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with accessing their communities. While COVID-19 has made that difficult for us, we have been able to provide some outdoor small group services, using appropriate safety measures, over the summer months. As colder weather approaches, our outdoor options will dwindle.

That’s where we’re looking for your help!

If you know of someone who owns or manages a large indoor space in Boulder or Broomfield county that Imagine! could use in order to continue to offer socialization and learning opportunities for those we serve, would you be able to connect us with your contact? If you are able to do so, please submit a contact form on our website with the details of your contact and I can take from there.

These services are vital to the health and well-being of the people we serve, and contribute to inclusive and welcoming communities. Thank you in advance for your assistance, and thank you for helping to create a world of opportunity for all abilities!
