Today we want to recognize Imagine!’s Case Management team, who have frequently found themselves in uncharted territory, including a new learning a new system (CCM) that has it’s issues, dealing with the Public Health Emergency (PHE) unwind that has caused benefit breaks, all while preparing to work for a new company (A&I Avenues) in a few short months. We are so grateful for your hard work, grit, and resilience during these challenging times.
