Imagine! 2023 Provider Fair, Thursday, October 5 | 4:00 - 7:00 PM, 1665 Coal Creek Drive, Lafayette, CO
You are invited to the 2023 Imagine! Provider Fair! Please join us for this exciting opportunity to connect with over 50 providers and community agencies, learn about available services, and network with other clients and families. All individuals currently being served by Imagine!’s Case Management, Imagine!’s Family Support Program, Imagine!’s Autism Spectrum Disorder Program, or are currently in the intake process are invited.
