Congratulations are in order for Patti Showman, who was recently honored as an Imagine! Early Intervention Rockstar.

"Patti is a vital member of the Business Support team and should be acknowledged for her work. Patti works really hard on billing each month to ensure accuracy when matching the invoices and reports. Patti manages the EI Billing inbox and divides up the workload between all of us who are sorting/organizing progress notes and invoices. Patti is constantly communicating with other Business Support team members to make sure that everything is completed timely and to offer assistance as needed. On top of her own work load, she took over a few big tasks while a team member was out on leave and has been a huge help to the team in general during the new Supervisor transition. Also, Patti is always quick to praise and/or congratulate others on the team when the supervisors and Brittany send out emails to the whole EI team. "
