“Over the last year Paris has shown true dedication to the Bob and Judy Charles SmartHome. Even though she is going through grad school and completing an internship, Paris comes to work every shift ready to give it her all. She cares about all the individuals living at the home and goes out of her way to ensure they are happy and healthy. Paris finds a way to connect to each resident individually. She ensures that they go out in the community and get the chance to participate in their favorite activities. Paris is also a great support to her fellow teammates. She builds up staff confidence and cares about their well-being.”
