Congratulations Niccola Young, recently honored as an Imagine! Case Management Unsung Hero.

Niccola takes on waiver processing for our most populated waiver: the DD waiver. She has balanced this with Long-Term Home Health and Supports Intensity Scale admin support. She also recently stepped up to take on a few additional administrative tasks with Support Level Review processing. This has really made a difference in lightening the load of one very grateful Case Management supervisor. She cares about the accuracy of her work and knows that behind every document she processes is a person we serve. Thanks Niccola for your steady efforts to support Case Management and Imagine!.
