Here’s what Nic's nomination said about him: "Nic, is the Assistant Site Supervisor at the Bob and Judy Charles SmartHome, and has stepped into his role like a boss. Nic cares very much about his job and all the residents in the home, and it shows with the undivided attention he provides to the residents while providing care. Nic comes to work with smiles, jokes, and dedication. Nic has excellent problem solving skills, and always has something up his sleeves to make his staff work load easier. The home is very grateful to have Nic on the team, and appreciate all the work he does everyday.
