Congratulations are in order for Michelle Christen, who was recently honored as a 2023 Imagine! Employee of Distinction!
Here’s a little from Michelle’s nomination, which demonstrates why she was so worthy of this prestigious honor:
Michelle truly helps create a world of opportunities for all abilities! She runs the Lafayette Community Services Department with poise, professionalism, and is always looking for new and creative ways to create community inclusion. Michelle truly cares about all of the clients we serve and staff she oversees. She is willing to jump into classes, work as a DSP and provide direct support, dream big and help with class plans or structure, and builds a fun and encouraging workplace.
