Introducing Bri Nazarenus

Today we'd like to introduce you to Brianna (Bri) Nazarenus, Imagine!'s new Human Resources Business Partner.

Bri told us:

 

"I grew up knowing I wanted to help people.  My mom was a nurse and a single mother who sometimes didn’t have a babysitter, so the hospital she worked at became my “daycare.” I would go to work with her and bug her patients and run to the other side of the hospital and hang out with the residents from the nursing home. My whole life I assumed I would work in the medical field, until I found HR and it opened a whole new world for me. I realized I could help people from behind the scenes, and could still make an impact. I love being a part of driving a great culture and bringing people together.

 

I have a little over 5 years of HR experience, mainly in the medical field and hospitality industry. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management both from Southern New Hampshire University. I’m dedicated to bringing people and organizations together, fostering a positive work environment, promoting diversity, and improving processes through collaboration. I am very happy to be a part of Imagine! working with this whole team - as well as the community. Imagine! truly values its team members as much as their clients.  Knowing that we want you to thrive inside and outside of work is amazing, and I feel very lucky.

 

I was born and raised in Colorado.  I grew up in southern Colorado, and moved to Denver when I was 18 where I met my husband shortly after.  Together we have 2 children and 3 crazy doggies! My Pug is my best friend and likes to join Zoom meetings.  I love to go camping, boating, BBQing with friends and family, watching my kids grow and find things they love doing, and traveling - the best place I have ever visited was Australia (I got to pet a kangaroo and hold a Koala)!"
