Congratulations are in order for Marlen Montanez, recently selected as an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner.

Here’s what Marlen’s nomination said about her: “Marlen Montanez is nothing short of a genuine hero. She puts countless hours into translating documents for Imagine!’s Spanish speaking clients and making sure their needs are met. This group of clients is often overlooked due to the language barrier, but Marlen perseveres anyway. Imagine! has transformed since she arrived and continues on a road towards better serving these clients. She advocates fiercely for so many people and I’m proud and honored to work with her. This woman is making spectacular changes in this community and I can’t wait to see what else she comes up with."
