Congratulations are in order for Maria Joesaar, who was recently selected as an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner.

Maria is a standup, model employee. She learns so quickly and can immediately jump into helping others. Maria always signs on for as much as she can take on, without letting anything fall through. Being in investigations, I know time and time again Maria has shown to be an enthusiastic asset to the team. I can always rely on her to keep me updated. I've seen Maria provide help to other Case Managers and actively search for answers that no one has. She jumps in to help all the time. Maria is an amazing addition to the Case Management team.
