Maddy Grosshans, Imagine! Excellence In Customer Service Award Recipient

Congratulations are in order for Maddy Grosshans, who was recently honored with an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award.

Maddy puts so much work into Imagine's Community Services! She knows all of our participants and staff super well and makes sure services go above and beyond every day. She helps staff improve their lessons and classes by thinking through problems with them and helping to carry out new solutions and approaches to obstacles we encounter. She is never afraid to jump in and help make someone's day a little easier and works hard to help participants access the community. She has helped set up and maintain relationships with community spaces that have been vital to our services in the community and frequently helps classes access said locations directly.

Way to go, Maddy!
