Congratulations are in order for Lucy Sample, recently selected as an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner.

Here’s what Lucy’s nomination said about her: “Teamwork! It's what makes Imagine!’s success possible. I know that I rely on my colleagues to assist in many projects. There are those who can make this, let's just say, ‘difficult’ to achieve, either due to personal stressors, attitude, or maybe even a general unhappiness in life. Then, there's Lucy. I know that every single time I turn to Lucy for support, she will deliver and go ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet the needs of our providers and contractors. She even took time yesterday to help me with my phone system, calling me from her personal cell phone AS SHE WAS DRIVING AWAY FROM THE OFFICE, in order to help resolve a simple login issue. She was kind. Period. And, believe me, we need more kind. So, here's a shout-out to Lucy Sample for the work she does at Imagine!.
