Congratulations are in order for Krystol Hollon, recently selected as an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner.

Here’s what Krystol’s nomination said about her: “Krystol has had to deal with a lot of stressful situations for one client in particular but carries herself well. Krystol caught a change in behavior of the individual that many would have missed. She took quick action, despite lack of obvious signs, to get assistance and another set of eyes on the issue. Krystol responded fast and effectively. It’s likely the outcome would have been much worse had she not done what was needed to protect the client’s health and safety. Despite having a lot on her plate, Krystol always puts in her all when working at Santa Fe Group Home. She is wonderful to work with and we love having her here as a coworker.” Thank you, Krystol, for all that you do in helping to create a world of opportunity for all abilities.
