Congratulations Karol Guerrero, recently honored as an Imagine! Case Management Unsung Hero.

Karol is a tireless advocate for our Spanish-speaking population. When a client faces additional barriers due to not having access to bilingual providers, Karol speaks up. For one individual, an emergency DD placement was needed and it was difficult to find a residential provider with Spanish-speaking staff. Karol completed a thorough search of residential agencies and was able to place this client with an agency that can meet his needs. From another family, a parent complimented Karol on how hard she works for them. Thank Karol for being such an asset to the clients we service! We appreciate you!
