“In her role as HR Business Partner, Karen supports all Imagine! services. That’s a lot of programs and a lot of employees. When she took this on about a year and a half ago, Karen made it her mission to understand the unique experiences that employees have in each program so that she can best support them. While that may seem like an unrealistic goal for many people given how many different places our employees work, Karen has stuck with it. Karen’s efforts are paying off; employees know and trust her, and she is able to provide HR support in ways that are personal and meaningful.”
