Congratulations are in order for John Pacheco , recently selected as an Imagine! Excellence in Customer Service Award Winner.

Here’s what John's nomination said about him: "John is amazing. I'm not even sure where to begin, whether it’s dealing with last minute bus passes, or dental issues, or with payment for Walmart. John goes above and beyond every time. I feel like he always has an open line of communication for questions and never seems bothered by them. John is an amazing assets to me as a Case Manager. John always goes above and beyond to make sure clients have what they need. I don't think in my time at Imagine! there has ever been an instance where I haven't been able to get an answer for my questions when it comes to John. He is really one of the most valuable assets to the team here at Imagine! and I feel that it needed to be recognized, due to the countless times he has gone above and beyond for clients to get what they need when it comes to bus passes, vision, or anything else he takes care of on his end.”
