Congratulations Johanna Arrigo, recently honored as an Imagine! Case Management Unsung Hero.

Johanna has been with case management for one year. She is an outstanding advocate for the deaf community. It will come as no surprise that Johanna Arrigo has been a terrific addition to Case Management. When she works with a deaf client who is having trouble accessing services, she advocates on their behalf in a way that hearing case managers have not been able to. She has an organic knowledge of resources we can tap into to further support these individuals. She is also an advocate for when resources are simply not available to deaf clients. In addition, Johanna has been helping Imagine! employees expand our knowledge of deaf culture by helping us learn American Sign Language! Johanna, thank you for bringing a new perspective to the case management department, educating us in an area where most of us are unfamiliar, and for all the advocacy you provide for the people we serve.
