Congratulations Jessica Gonzalez, recently honored as an Imagine! Case Management Unsung Hero.

Jessica has been a fantastic support to the huge wrap-around team for her client and has stepped up for this client’s daughter in their CM’s absences. These past two weeks have been exceptionally difficult for the family with the client’s behaviors escalating to the point the client wants the daughter out of the home and in a host home ASAP. During this time, Steve has been on vacation, so Jessica has stepped up to help not only VD, her client but also AD. This situation has been a huge time suck on everyone involved in both of their lives. I wanted someone to know how much we appreciate her swift action and commitment to VD and his daughter. Great job Jessica! You are a fantastic CM and we are thrilled to have you on our team.
